10 mint leaves
1 oz. lemon juice, from about 1⁄2 lemon
2 tsp. turbinado sugar
2 oz. green Chartreuse
1 sprig of mint, for garnish
- Add the mint leaves, lemon juice, and turbinado sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle. This will mix together the flavors and draw out more of the mint.
- Pour in the Chartreuse and fill with ice until the shaker is full. Dancing helps make this process more thorough.
- Strain and pour into a fresh glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with your sprig of mint.
